According to the information, the incident happened late on Monday night. The marriage of a girl was fixed with Pawan in Pandola village of Baroda police station area of the district. Both were to get married on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the victim Kulveer alias Jasveer Singh told Pawan about his future wife’s affair. She said she is mine. After this, Pawan called Kulveer late on Monday night and explained. He asked Kulveer to stop pursuing his future wife and not to disturb the marriage which was to be held on Tuesday.
The bullet went through the waist
Even after this, Kulveer told Pawan that she loves him and this marriage is being forced. On hearing this, Pawan took out his pistol and shot Kulveer. The bullet went through Kulveer’s waist. At the time of the incident, Pawan was accompanied by his brothers Dilkhush and Gokul. On the basis of the statement of the victim, the police have started investigation by registering a case against the three under Section 307 of the IPC. Along with this, the police have also registered molestation and other crimes against the complainant.

However, the police have not arrested the accused after the incident. The accused and the girl got married on Tuesday. Meanwhile, the treatment of the young man is going on in the hospital. In this case, ASP Premlal Kurve says that the bullet was fired over an old dispute. The matter is being investigated. Action will be taken as per rules.
